Maxwell is the founder and director of DGM Turf. He works closely with our clients to achieve high-quality outcomes, overseeing every aspect of their projects. With over 10 years of experience in conceptualising, project managing, and delivering sports fields, earthworks, and civil construction solutions, Maxwell has developed a wealth of knowledge and expertise. He holds a Master's Degree in Project Management, a Double Degree Bachelor of Business in Marketing and International Trade, and a Diploma in Public Safety (Leading Firefighter Rank, MFB now Fire Rescue Victoria). Additionally, he has 15 years of experience in commercial sports turf construction and renovation, first aid training and various operator tickets.
